That's IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, that's all the pictures I have. Hope you enjoy these & now that I'm organised (again, thanks Vi), there's more to come. I'm working on heaps of things, some I can't put up (that's for you Lizzie) because they're for 2007 X'mas pressies.

Vi's Swap

These are Vi's Swap. Really fun to do. The cushion turned out great & what can I say, more crows!!!

Table Runner

This lovely bright runner was a joy to make -- I gave it to Sissy for her birthday & it's always out for people to see. Very rewarding. I made the same runner in pink gingham & it was soooo pretty. Very hard to part with.

More Knitting Bags

This is the back & front of two more "knitting bags". So easy to make & very nice end result.

My Cushions for the Lounge

These cushions are on my lounge. I adore the wheelbarrow, with all it's flowers & the bottlebrush just make the picture. The other is taken from a quilt. The colours are so bright, they seem to jump out at you. My daughter-in-law ordered some for her place.

Aaron's Rug

When Aaron moved to a very cold city, I crocheted this for him for those cold nights.

Nat's Runner

Another swap. I'm not real good on the corners. In the background is Vi's "Chook Cushion".

My sheets & doona

I made these sheets & doona ages ago. The material just won't wear out. The two teddies on the bed, I made years ago. The bedside lamps, I did the lacy tops.

I saw similiar sheets at Spotlight & then went to work on these.

Craft Bag

This bag was originally for a knitting bag. But it's my craft bag. Big enough to carry all my craft when I'm watching cricket (so many people have seen it, they probably say "here's comes the bag lady again"), good long handles -- so it's a shouder bag. First bag I made (Have made quite a few since). Has been through the wash, heaps of times.

Girlie Bags

Lovely little bags. Sent for the pattern & materials to match. Fun to make. Boning for handles.

Shoe Bag

This pattern is from Spotlight -- again I've changed it. I added more to

the length. Should be able to fit in two pairs of shoes. These were fun to make!!! Drawstring top. (Pics are a bit ordinary)

Georgina's Bag

I made two of these bags -- I love the pocket on the side. Seam down middle to form two pockets. This bag's for Georgina (& the other for me). Georgina is the lovliest person, she's always doing something nice for someone. I want to do something nice for her.

Let's Do Lunch

This bag's called "Let's Do Lunch". Cute little bag -- I'll fill with toiletries & give as a gift for X'mas.

Sissy's Quilt

This quilt is

for my daughter for X'mas 2007. This will form the header of the quilt. The rest will be patchwork -- I'm taking inspiration from the "Coin Quilt". Will post a pic when ready to send away to quilt. (Have to put the eyes on yet) I'm making to fit a queen size bed.

Julie's Overlocker Cover

The original overlocker pattern & design. I use this as my base pattern for whatever size sewing machine or overlocker.

Library Bag

This is a great bag -- love the chooks!!

Best Friends

This is one of the very first applique/patchwork pieces I ever made. I had it framed & I still love it!!

Lach's Dinosauer's

My grandson Lachlan LOVES dinosauers (& he's only 4 1/2years old). You don't disagree with him about them - he knows them all. His parents took him to see "Walking With Dinosauers". I made him this & his mum says it's alweays on his bed. It turned out really well.

Friend's Table Runner

For X'mas last year I made each of my girlfriends' this runner -- this is Lizabeth's. She has such a sunny personality, this colour scheme suits her to a T. I've nearly lost count of all the runners I've made from this pattern. So far, this would have to be my favourite pattern. I think it should be called a "life runner". The different colours resemble our lives -- bright times, dull times & lots of in-between.

Cathy's Afternoon Set

This was so hard to give away. I made it just to see what it'd turn out like & it was absolutely gorgeous. Haven't got a pic of finished cloth -- forgot to take one of the finished article. The cloth was trimmed with red.

Kaylene's Overlocker Cover

I just loved this design when I saw it in a book -- I think it was on a cushion, so I "adapted" it as well (I'm very good at "adaption"). It turned out so good & better still, she loved it. Nice to give things to nice people.

Christine's Bag

Kisses had a particularly hard 2006 & Christine was a great support for her, so here's the bag I made for her to say thank you for being such a good friend.

Kisses' First Bag

This was a pocket for Kisses' first bag. After having made her a few she's a bag devotee. Everywhere she goes, she takes one or other of her bags.

Lizzie's Bag

My friend Lizabeth made up this pattern & brought it round for me to see. Hers was so cute I decided I needed to make one as well. Lizzie made hers up in very bright colours, whilst I went for the subdued colours. It's nice, but I like Liz's brighter one better. There's plastic tubing in the handles & material gathered onto it to give the desired effect.

Vi's Crows

This is an adapted overlocker pattern I made for my good friend Vi. It turned out so nice -- I'm not really a lover of crows. Where I live they're quite destructive. But for Vi, of course I'd make it.

Char's Runner

This was one of the first table runners I made. Was a swap for Patternswap. Turned out nice.

Bellin's Pigs

My friend Bellinda loves pigs, so here is a couple of presents I made her. The pigs are paper `mache with rice paper glued on. The other pic is a set of sheets I made for her. They were really gorgeous.

The Original Bag

This is the original bag, from which I made all the copies. It is the best bag. Two pockets on the front. If I go away, this is my bag -- I get enough clothes in to last me a week & in the pockets I put wallet, medications, camera, mobile phone.

"Love" Bags

This series of bags I made for all my girls last X'mas. The original pattern was from Bareroots. I found the instructions a bit hard to follow, but the bags turned out great.

Another bag

This bag I kept for myself. The original pattern had patchwork across the bottom. I "modified" it. I love the handles with the little forget-me-nots.

Cushions to America

These cushions I made to do a swap with another lady in America. I sent mine to her & never received anything in return. Consequently, I don't swap with many people anymore. Both from Chook Shed patterns.
